Ameri-Street Advisory, Inc. operates this website. This page explains what information the site collects and how it is used.
Information you give me
When you call, email, or book a consultation, you share your name, your contact details, and whatever you choose to tell me about your situation. I use it to respond to you and, if you engage me, to perform the work. Information about an engagement is kept confidential as described in the engagement letter.
Scheduling
Consultations are booked through vCita, a third-party scheduling service. Information you enter there is handled under vCita's own privacy policy.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. These services use cookies and similar technology to measure how visitors use the site and to count inquiries that come from ads, such as a click on the phone number or the booking button. Google Ads may also show my ads to people who have visited this site. Calls from some ads may be routed through a Google forwarding number so the call can be counted.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can turn off personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation.
What I do not do
I do not sell personal information. The site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
Any update to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
